Monday, November 16th through Friday, November 20th at the Kroger in Carytown, Sludge will be on hand 24 hours a day collecting food for the Central Virginia Foodbank. There will be live entertainment and giveaways during the week as Sludge stands up to help knock out hunger this holiday season!

This year, each night will be themed:

Monday, November 16: Police vs Firefighters

To kick off Show Us Your Cans, Y101 will hold a donation challenge between Police Officers and Firefighters, where we will see which of these forces can bring out the most food. Plus anyone can drop off food on behalf of either department, thus voting for their favorite.

Tuesday, November 17: Bike Night

This night will be all about two-wheeled transportation, with both Motorcycles and bicycles welcome. Bring you bike to Show Us Your Cans and donate food. We will have bike prizes and more!

Wednesday, November 18: Karaoke

Show off your Rockstar side at our karaoke night for a chance to win prizes.

Thursday, November 19: Tailgate Party

We’re showing the college football game on the big screen you are invited to watch, wearing your favorite team apparel, of course.

Sludge wants to break last year’s record! 60,000 pounds of food is the goal and you can help make it happen!
