Following the release of his aggressive debut ‘Flockavelli’ last year, Waka Flocka Flame is already hard at work on its follow-up.

The ‘Hard in Da Paint’ rapper recently announced that he’s recording his sophomore LP titled ‘Triple F Life: Friends, Fans and Family,’ an album that could surface before year’s end.

‘Flockavelli’ spawned the singles ‘O Let’s Do It,’ ‘No Hands’ and ‘Hard in Da Paint, earning Waka a Top 10 debut in its first week with 37,000 copies sold. The album continued on to sell almost 100,000 units, a noteworthy accomplishment given its critical maelstrom.

Waka, whose real name is Juaquin Malphurs, is hard at work on the LP following his recent run-in with the law. Back in December, the spitter’s Atlanta home was raided by cops, who pegged him with a slew of charges for drug possession, firearm possession and gang-related activity.

Waka was later released on Jan. 5 after posting $40,000 bond.
