Legendary blues singer Etta James died today (Friday) from chronic leukemia according to her longtime friend and manager, Lupe De Leon.
The “At Last” singer’s live-in doctor, who has been treating James since March 2010, had asked for prayers after the sultry-voiced songstress’ disease was deemed incurable two weeks ago.
