I knew this couldn’t be good when TMZ said that the NYPD and special narcotics prosecutor had been long investigating Bobby Shmurda and his crew GS9. A long investigation followed by an indictment of multiple people is nothing but a sting operation with a lot of effort.
According to inside sources, Ackquille Jean Pollard, also known as Bobby Shmurda, and GS9 (14 total) were found with 21 guns, a pound of marijuana, $40,000 in cash, and $52,000 worth of crack cocaine. $52,000 of crack is roughly 262 grams. They’re also being accused of 24 shootings in Brooklyn.
In New York, sale or possession with intent to sell 28 to 279 grams of a mixture containing cocaine is punishable by up a minimum of 5 years in jail and a maximum of 40 years in jail, as well as a maximum fine of $2,000,000.
Gun laws are extremely strict in New York. Remember Plaxico Burress? We haven’t even mentioned the marijuana yet. This does not look good.
I must say that Bobby looked very defeated in that video. He’s being held on $2M bail. The indictment includes 69 charges including murder, attempted murder, assault, attempted assault, weapons possession, criminal use of a firearm, reckless endangerment, narcotics sales and criminally using drug paraphernalia.
