A Brownsburg, Indiana family is seeking answers after their doorbell camera captured a troubling incident involving an Amazon delivery driver.

The video shows the driver completing a delivery, taking a required photo for confirmation, and then removing a yard sign bearing a pro-Israel message.

The sign, which read “We Stand With Israel” and included a Star of David, had been displayed in the family’s yard for over a year without prior incidents.

However, the footage shows the Amazon driver casually picking up the sign and dropping it on the ground before leaving.

The family shared the footage with local radio host Tony Katz, voicing frustration over Amazon’s handling of their complaint.

Speaking with Katz, a family member detailed their attempts to address the incident.

“I called Amazon to complain and they confirmed it was their driver,” the family member explained. “They said they couldn’t promise they would call me back but they would address it. I demanded that the supervisor call me back. I haven’t heard anything from them since.”

Frustrated by what they describe as a lack of accountability, the family says they are still waiting for further communication or action from Amazon.

Amazon has yet to issue a public response concerning the incident.

The video has sparked discussions about behavior standards for delivery drivers and the company’s policies for addressing consumer complaints.
