When embattled rapper Lil Wayne is freed from jail, there will be no party. In fact, Wayne might be headed to court again if he doesn’t pay the IRS millions in taxes !
According to published reports, the IRS has filed a lien against the rapper for failing to pay $1.13 million.

- The IRS filed a $1,138,760 lien against Carter on June 3 in Dade County (Fla.) Circuit Court. According to the lien, which you can see here, he owes income taxes from 2004, 2005 and 2007. The address on the lien is the same office occupied by his One Family Foundation charity.
While the taxes are not related to his label, Young Money, they stem from his organization, One Family Foundation.
According to sources, that foundation was put together to create opportunities for disadvantaged youth. Unfortunately, taxes were not paid in 2004, 2005 and 2007.
