Foxy Brown isn’t the only member of her family facing legal problems.  The “New York Post” is reporting that the emcee’s brother — Gavin “Pretty Boy” Marchand — was arrested last Saturday after attempting to use forged credit cards to buy nearly eight-thousand dollars worth of clothes from a high-end New York boutique.  Marchand and three friends allegedly entered the Hermes store on Madison Avenue while police were inside doing surveillance.  Authorities attempted to arrest the group after accused accomplice Warren David tried to use a forged American Express Card, but the men were able to escape in a getaway car.  Police eventually caught up to the group and placed them under arrest.  When asked about her brother’s arrest, Foxy Brown told the “Post,” quote, “I don’t know anything about that.”  Gavin “Pretty Boy” Marchand could spend up to 15 years in prison for the incident.

Foxy Brown was arrested last month after she got into an argument with her neighbor, Arlene Raymond, outside of their building.  Raymond already had a protective order against the emcee for a 2007 incident in which Brown threw a BlackBerry phone device at her.  Foxy Brown has been charged with one count of criminal contempt.
