Aja utilizes her artistic talents in the latest 'Making Black History Now' campaign to create custom nail sets inspired by some of today's biggest acts in music. 

We salute Indianapolis Black History Maker The Walker Theatre. Founded by Madam C.J. Walker, The Theatre is among the last iconic buildings which lined Indiana Ave.   

For Black History Month we take a look back at Black Women in Major Beauty Pageants

61 years ago, 69 Black children, ages 13-17 were locked in a school left to burn alive. March 5, 1959, The Negro Boys Industrial School in Wrightsville, Arkansas was locked from the outside and intentionally set on fire with little black boys fighting for their life.

We salute Indianapolis Black History Maker Tanya Walton Pratt. Judge Pratt was appointed judge of the United States District Court becoming the first African American Federal Judge in Indiana history.
