The Washington Wizards three-time All-Star point guard was sentenced Friday in D.C. Superior Court by Judge Robert E. Morin on one felony count of violating the District of Columbia’s strict gun laws.
Tells KLAC radio station in Los Angeles, "I’m in Miami so I don’t know. [Kim's] not with me.”
Her publicist, Alan Nierob, initially refused to comment on the reports saying, "We don't respond to private-matter enquiries."
He will now be on probation for three years. This includes home incarceration, visits with a probation officer, and pre-approved travel.
