Memphis rapper Yo Gotti is wanted by police in his hometown.  WREG.com is reporting that a warrant has been issued for the emcee’s arrest in connection with a shooting that took place last month outside Memphis’ Level Two nightclub.  Yo Gotti and fellow rapper OG Boo Dirty were reportedly engaged in a verbal altercation when another man became involved.  Boo Dirty is said to have punched the other man, which allegedly caused a fight to break out.  Six people were eventually shot during the brawl.  Yo Gotti’s attorney, Art Horne, says his client is out of town, but looks forward to proving his innocence.  Horne states, quote, “He just wanted his fans and the public to know that…he doesn’t condone that type of behavior, and that again, he plans to deal with the charges that have been filed against him.  Once he comes back and deals with the allegations, I think his name will be cleared.”

A total of eleven warrants were issued for the November 29th incident.  Three men are now in custody on charges of aggravated riot.
