According to Baldwincountynow.com, an Arizona man at the Wal-Mart was tazed for resisting arrest and second-degree assault on an officer. The wife of the man tazed also was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
A video was captured during the incident and posted on YouTube.
Anthony Scott Smith, 41, and his wife, Chrisanna Elizabeth Smith, 40, of Scottsdale, Arizona, were arrested Friday and charged with disorderly conduct.
