Pittsburgh rapper Wiz Khalifa addresses he second marijuana bust briefly on his Twitter page this week.
On Tuesday (May 1) Khalifa took on fans’ questions on the “smoking” topic.
On his Twitter feed Wednesday afternoon, Khalifa seemed to be taking the citation in stride, responding to one person’s tweet about the charges with, “Hey, it happens.” And when another person posted that he or she appreciated him coming to Winston-Salem and apologized for how the police treated him, Khalifa replied, “They juss (sic) did their job.”
The court date on the Winston-Salem case is set for July 27.
Wiz Khalifa, who famously raps about rolling joints “bigger than King Kong’s fingers, was busted for weed after his concert inWinston-Salemlast night. We’re told officers discovered 11.39 grams of pot after searching the rapper and his tour bus. Wiz was cited and released — and is required to appear in court at a later date.
The rapper recently revealed his fiancee Amber Rose‘s stance on weed smoking.
“[Weed smoking?] She’s like, ‘Get it away.’ She doesn’t hate it, but she will not do it. She’ll roll it, she loves how it smells… She just doesn’t want to get high ’cause she don’t want to feel that.”
