ASAP Rocky May Not Be Charged For Slapping A Fan !
ASAP Rocky allegedly slapped a young lady by the name of Lisa Wade at the Made in America festival early this summer. Simple assault charges was filed against Rocky . The problem now is nobody can nail down his whereabouts to serve him . Also since the police didn’t see it happen and it’s misdemeanor offense . Lisa Wade would have to file a private criminal complaint .
