Lupita Nyong’o is on the road to Academy Award glory this weekend at the 2014 Oscars and enjoying each step in her fancy stilettos along the way! Lupita posed for a selfie with her mother at the Essence Black Women In Hollywood event yesterday and we’re like yasss! “Mother-Daughter #Selfie. I am because she is. @lovegoldlive @essencemag Black Women In Hollywood event,” she wrote on Instagram.
The something else amazing happened. Lupita met her inspiration, Sidney Poitier. “AND THEN I met Sidney Poitier!!!!!!!!
