Indiana rapper Freddie Gibbs continues to lash out at ex-labelmate Jeezy and the CTE boss’ ability to run a record company.

“Of course he don’t know what he doing. Hell nah, he don’t know what the f*ck he doing. And I’mma stay on his punk a** till he say something about it. I’mma keep drilling his punk a** into the ground. … I don’t just got people around me sucking my d*ck. That’s his problem, too many f*cking yes-men, not telling you the real. I made mine in this game.” (Grantland)

Gibbs released an anti-Jeezy record to the masses last week. A review of the track was featured on Under The Gun. According to the track review: The track is called ‘snowman killa’ and it shows he is out for blood. Showcasing his wordplay on the first verse before cutting to the chase on the second, “Real” is – if nothing else – another strong entry in Gibbs’ record collection. It may be hard to think about that when you’re laughing and gasping at the shade thrown toward Jeezy on the back half of the track, but even when he’s being vicious Gibbs is still a pro at crafting memorable singles.

When he performed the new song “Real” in Chicago last week, he had some scathing words for Jeezy, referencing his beef with Gucci Mane and his scuffle with Rick Ross backstage at 2012 BET Hip-Hop Awards. Though it’s difficult to understand every word in the video footage, there are a few lines you can hear pretty clearly, beginning with, “You wanna be Jay Z, n—a you just a f—g puppet.” “You say you’re the realest, but Ross had you scared to drop a diss record,” Gibbs spits, “You had the whole team looking weak, I guess that’s why they ran up on you at BET.
