UPDATE: Jeezy Pleads Not Guilty and Free on Bond
Jeezy may have just ducked major drama after the rapper and five men were arrested on Sunday.
The Atlanta rapper pled not guilty to gun possession charges after posted bail. He is due back in court on September 5th, just a few days after the release of his new album, Seen It All: The Autobiography.

Hip-hop singer Jay “Young Jeezy” Jenkins and five others pleaded not guilty Tuesday to illegal gun charges in Irvine following a fatal shooting at a tour stop in Mountain View last weekend, the Orange County District Attorney’s Office said.
Jenkins, 36, is charged with felony possession of an assault weapon along with David Robert Kuniansky-Altman, 31, Alexa Beason, 53, Peter Arthur Maynard, 38, William Paul Gilmore, 48, and Kena Jermaine Marshall, 39, according to district attorney spokeswoman Farrah Emami.
All six entered their not guilty pleas in Superior Court in Newport Beach and their next appearance in court will be a pretrial hearing on Sept. 5, Emami said.
On Sunday, August 24, Jeezy and his five co-defendants were arrested in by authorities in Irvine, Ca. after an AK-47 assault rifle was found on his tour bus. No one copped to being the owner of the high-powered weapon.
