Entertainment website TMZ has posted a video that purportedly shows former Death Row CEO Marion “Suge” Knight’s January hit-and-run that left one man dead.

The website says the video, made public early Monday, shows Knight’s red truck hitting one of the men, then circling back seconds later to run over the man again before speeding away. During the incident, which landed Knight behind bars on various charges, another man was also struck with the vehicle. The second victim survived the hit-and-run.

The argument between the three men was allegedly sparked on the set of Straight Outta Compton, the anticipated biopic about the provocative rap group N.W.A.

From the LA Times:

Knight is charged with running over two men with his car at Tam’s Burgers in Compton on Jan. 29. Terry Carter, 55, died, and Cle “Bone” Sloan, 51, was injured in the incident.

Prosecutors claim Knight intentionally ran the men over. Knight’s one-time attorney said his client was assaulted and, while trying to get away from his attackers, accidentally ran the two men over. The tape does not appear to capture any assault.

Shortly after his January arrest, Knight was taken to the hospital for chest pains. He was transported to the jail infirmary again last week after telling authorities he “couldn’t really comprehend what was happening,” the Times reports.

“Since I have been here,” he said, “I’ve lost about 30 pounds.” As he stood in front of the judge, he shifted back and forth. “I can’t really see,” Knight said. “I can’t really comprehend what’s going on.”

This is far from Knight’s first run-in with the law. Adding to a slew of legal issues from the 1990s and early 2000s, Knight allegedly stole a camera from a celebrity photographer with comedian Katt Williams in September 2014. He has fired two attorneys in the past two weeks, the Times writes.
