You guys, the boss has arrived.

In the midst of Kardashian baby news and buzz about Caitlyn Jenner’s Vanity Fair Cover, Diana Ross joined Twitter on Wednesday. After greeting her fans on the Twittersphere, the Grammy award-winning singer followed her children Tracee, Evan, Rhonda, Chudney and Ross on the social media platform and promoted Evan’s new single with T.I.

In addition to her rather clever plug, Ms. Ross also gave us a little nugget of optimism:

We love her already.

Meanwhile, Diana has been fawned over by none other than Empire‘s Lee Daniels. The creator of the hit show told TMZ he would love to have the legend appear on the second season.

“I want Diana Ross,” Lee said. “I’m obsessed with her.”

We can see Ross on Empire, perhaps in the role of Cookie’s mother? We’ll just have to wait and see.
