Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith can breathe easy following their home being invaded back in March, but the intruder has a long process ahead.

According to E! News, the woman, named Ariel Archer, has officially been charged with trespassing and refusing to leave private property after she broke into the family’s home on March 21.

She was discovered in the home by a housekeeper, but fortunately, the couple was out of the house during the time of the incident.

Now that Archer is being charged, she faces a possible maximum sentence of six months in county jail and/or a $1,000 fine, and was scheduled for an arraignment today.

In the meantime, we hope that the Smith family is able to continue to keep themselves safe.
