Kendrick Lamar mentors to the youth about hard work in a motivational video. Kendrick was recently nominated for 11 Grammy’s. All the nominations he received this year made Kendrick the second most nominated after Micheal Jackson. Check out the video below of Kendrick teaching the youth about the grind.
