Mariah Carey, 45, and James Packer, 48, her Australian businessman beau, are tying the knot!
PEOPLE reports that Packer proposed to the diva Thursday in New York City.
Carey, who recently divorced Nick “Many Jobs” Cannon, first met Packer at the Hercules premiere “a few years ago.”

The couple has been seen out and about for about a year, and vacationed in Aspen, Colorado this winter with the singer’s 4-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan.
According to PEOPLE, “this will be the third marriage for Carey, who was also previously married to music executive Tommy Mottola. Packer has three young children with his ex-wife Erica Baxter.”
