Vic Mensa got turnt at the 40/40 Club for his 23rd birthday.

Vic wasn’t the only rapper turning another year older; Kanye West, who made a surprise appearance at this year’s Summer Jam, also celebrated his birthday in NYC.

Vic recently dropped a seven-track EP called There’s A Lot Going On. His debut album is slated for release later this year.
