Thundercat Is Joined On Stage At Brainfeeders’ Showcase By Legendary Singer-Songwriter
This past weekend Flying Lotus’ Brainfeeder label held an artist showcase at LA’s famous Hollywood Bowl. Performances included Shabazz Palaces, Glasslamp Killer, George Clinton, FlyLo himself, and known Kendrick Lamar collaborator, bassist Thundercat.

During Thundercat’s set at the Hollywood Bowl, he was joined by a legendary singer-songwriter, Michael McDonald. McDonald joined Thundercat for a rendition of the Doobie Brother’s “What A Fool Believes” and then Thundercat’s “Them Changes.” The internet of course freaked out and even Kenny Loggins got in on the action by posting the photo above with McDonald and Thundercat backstage.
