R. Kelly has been making a lot of demands since being locked up. Some have said he wanted a laptop to work on his album and even more time in the yard since he is in solitary confinement and isn’t allowed the same time as everyone else.

As of Tuesday morning the jail had agreed to place Kels in general population with the other inmates. General population is normally seen as more dangerous, especially for high profile inmates like Kelly. But, Kelly’s attorney has stated that there will be security measures to keep his client safe.
