Pop diva Mariah Carey welcomed a baby girl into the world earlier this week. “Us” magazine is reporting that the singer’s dog gave birth on Monday. Carey wrote on her Twitter account, quote, “ChaCha just had her baby! Its a giiirl!!! Anybody want a beautiful Jack russell puppy?! Jk : ) lol.” Mariah Carey has been no stranger to pregnancy news of late, as it has been speculated that the vocalist is expecting her first child with husband Nick Cannon. A friend of Carey’s tells “Us” magazine, quote, “She’s in the early stage of pregnancy,” adding that Carey’s waiting until the end of her first trimester to reveal the news. Cannon recently denied the rumors on his Twitter account writing, quote, “If & when my wife is ready to make ANY announcements about private matters she will do it personally.”
