Its been over three years since estranged G-Unit rapper Young Buck dropped his sophomore album, Buck The World, and according to Buck, his next album is nowhere in sight … thanks to 50 Cent’s doing.

Back in 2008, the former G-Unit group member was booted from the group after falling out with 50 Cent. Shortly after, 50 leaked a phone conversation with Buck, in which the rapper is heard crying over the stress of his financial situation and lack of communication from 50.

Ever since, new music from Buck has been scarce. Aside from a few mixtapes and some leaked tracks, the Tennessee’s rapper career’s has come to a screeching halt.

In a recent interview, Buck accused Fif’ is slowly killing his career.

“His reaction, being so harsh, is to basically stall me out to a position where I lose everything, to where my numbers drop,” he said. “Because if you don’t have a new product out, then you can’t go get the big dollar for your shows. [He wants] to pretty much destroy my life from a silent-sided way of doing things. That’s his angle, and my contracts allow him to be able to do that.”

Despite being blackballed, Buck says he’s still in high demand and has been offered opportunities to work with top-shelf artists like Lil Wayne, but all collaborations have been blocked from 50, since technically, Buck is still signed to Fif’s G-Unit Records.

“The problem is, I go to be a feature on their hit record, and then they have to go to 50 Cent to clear me on the record, and he says, ‘No,’ ” Buck claims. “And they’re looking like, ‘Well, damn’ — cause if it wasn’t for that, I would probably be on every record that’s out right now, cause everybody and their mama reaches out and gives me support.”

In early 2009, Buck said he was working on his next album, then titled Ca$h Cow, but to date, there has been no single, music video, or release date for the project.

Earlier this year, Buck explained in an interview that he hadn’t spoken to 50 in three years … and pleaded for a sit-down with the rapper. However, from what he’s said in this recent interview, that’s yet to happen.

Even with obstacles standing in his way, the rapper vows to continue to move forward in his career. While an official album may not be released for some time, Buck says look out for him on the mixtape circuit.
