Sean “Diddy” Combs is primed for a big evening at tonights Teen Choice Awards. The hip-hop mogul is up for several awards, thanks in part to his role in the comedy “Get Him to the Greek.” Diddy will compete in categories like “Choice Movie: Hissy Fit,” “Choice Movie: Fight,” and “Choice Movie: Male Scene Stealer.” The “Hello Good Morning” rapper is also slated to perform with his new group Dirty Money at this year’s ceremony. Diddy, however, won’t be the only artist holding it down for the hip-hop community this weekend. Drake, Eminem, Jay-Z, Ludacris and Pitbull are all up for “Choice Music: Rap Artist,” while Beyonce, Alicia Keys, Rihanna, Trey Songz and Usher are nominated for “Choice Music: R&B Artist.” Drake, Eminem and B.o.B. are also slated to compete against one another for the title of “Choice Summer Music Star: Male.”
Hosted by pop superstar Katy Perry, the Teen Choice Awards will take place Sunday at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles. Highlights from the ceremony will be aired on Fox Monday at 8:00 p.m. Eastern.
