Rihanna can thank Eminem for helping making her one of the biggest pop stars of the past two decades. Billboard.com is reporting that the duo’s hit single, “Love The Way You Lie,” is number one on the Pop Songs radio airplay chart, giving Rihanna her sixth chart-topping hit. Rihanna is now tied with Mariah Carey, Beyonce, and Lady Gaga for the most number one songs in the chart’s 18-year history. Rihanna’s previous number one singles include “SOS,” “Take a Bow,” “Disturbia,” “Live Your Life” and “Rude Boy.”
“Love The Way You Lie” is currently enjoying its third week at number one on the Hot 100 chart. The song is featured on Eminem’s “Recovery” album, which spent five straight weeks atop the Billboard 200.
