Rihanna is sporting a brand new tattoo on her neck.  It reads “rebelle fleur,” which means “rebellious flower” in French, but some are debating whether the tattoo is grammatically correct.  Experts in linguistics say if the phrase is used in a sentence, it should actually read “fleur rebelle.”  Be that as it may, the tattoo is at least the 14th for RiRi.  The pop star told Ellen DeGeneres that the phrase “never a failure, always a lesson” is tattooed in reverse on her chest so she can read it in a mirror.  That bit of body art was acquired in response to her stormy relationship with singer Chris Brown.
