Experts in linguistics say if the phrase is used in a sentence, it should actually read “fleur rebelle.” Be that as it may, the tattoo is at least the 14th for RiRi. The pop star told Ellen DeGeneres that the phrase “never a failure, always a lesson” is tattooed in reverse on her chest so she can read it in a mirror. That bit of body art was acquired in response to her stormy relationship with singer Chris Brown.
