The list of artists who will be performing at the MTV Video Music Awards next month is growing.
R&B singer Usher and rockers Paramore are the latest names added to the list. Previously announced performers include Eminem, Justin Bieber, Kanye West, Drake, B.o.B., and Florence and the Machine. Also added are the stars of the new movie, “The Social Network,” Jesse Eisenberg and Andrew Garfield. They will join previously-announced presenter Justin Timberlake as they promote their new film about the founding of Facebook. Comedienne Chelsea Handler will host the show. DJ Deadmau5 [[deadmouse]] will serve as the house DJ with a little help from famous friends like Robyn, Jason Derulo, and Travie McCoy. Those vocalists are slated to perform never-before-heard mixes of their current hit songs.
Previously announced presenters include Nicki Minaj, Ke$ha, Emma Stone, Trey Songz, Ashley Greene, Ne-Yo, and Selena Gomez. The 2010 MTV Video Music Awards will be broadcast live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, California on September 12th at 9:00 p.m. Eastern.
