Cassidy is teaming up with one of the NBA’s biggest names to release his next album. AllHipHop.com is reporting that the emcee will be releasing “C.A.S.H.” on Carmelo Anthony’s new label, Krossover Entertainment. Cassidy recently discussed his upcoming record saying, quote, “‘C.A.S.H.’ is a street hustla, the best album I ever put together. It is executive-produced by myself and I wrote 99 percent of the verses.” Carmelo Anthony says he too is excited for the release of Cassidy’s next project. The Denver Nuggets star remarks, quote, “I’m glad to have an artist like Cassidy. Cassidy has been through so much and has a tremendous story to tell.”
Cassidy’s last release was 2007’s “B.A.R.S. The Barry Adrian Reese Story.” The record went on to peak at number two on Billboard’s Top Rap Albums chart.
