T.I.’s days as a free man are in jeopardy.  The “Atlanta Journal-Constitution” is reporting that a judge in Atlanta has signed a summons ordering the rapper to appear in court and explain why his probation shouldn’t be revoked for his arrest in Los Angeles earlier this month.  The summons — which was signed by U.S District Judge Charles Pannel Jr. — lists three possible violations of T.I.’s bond: possession of ecstasy, testing positive for opiates, and associating with Cortez Thomas, a convicted felon.  A date for the hearing has not yet been set.

T.I. and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, were arrested on September 1st after police discovered the drug ecstasy in their car during a traffic stop.  T.I. and Tiny have both been charged with possession of a controlled substance.  T.I. was released from police custody earlier this year after serving time for weapons charges.
