Authorities say the remains have not yet been identified, but believe Williams led them to the right location.
John R.K. Howard, 18, is named in the suit as the ringleader. The family claims their child suffered multiple abuses at the hands of Howard.
The victims were three men and one woman, a New York Police Department spokesman said, according to The Times.
