Black People Face Deadliest Risk From Climate Change Effects Like Hurricane Ida, EPA Report Confirms
A new EPA report confirmed that Black people face the highest risk of deaths from the effects of climate change that result in high temperatures and natural disasters not unlike Hurricane Ida.
Several groups across the region are providing support to residents within the path of the storm. Residents and volunteers are urged to use caution in providing or seeking assistance as severe conditions persist.
