Now Jazmine may strike a lot of nerves and even fear in some men’s hearts with some of her lyrics. When your biggest buzz is about you busting the windows out a dude car, You upset men across America and you raise insurance premiums. However from a musical standpoint, you got to respect her. Jazmine’s second album album is definitely not worthy of the title “Sophomore Jinx” and she is really a great singer. So honestly…We should all show love to the woman that wants us to Love Her Back.

Redemption is very creative in general but in regards to the music you know you will hear today its leaps and bounds ahead of the game as you know it. Its a very solid tale that’s worthy of a couple repeats
Jazmine and Ne-yo go through the vicious break ups to make ups cycle on “U Get On My Nerves” its an expected track to come from her but it definitely is worth listening to
Excuse Me and Stuttering are my two personal favorite songs on this album. If you thought Sullivan’s vocals was suspect at any time, she proving you DEAD WRONG on both of these tracks. She very melodic and soulful which is what you just dont hear alot of. Partly because 95% of the singers in the game just flat out cant do it.
Overall 3.5/5 – I’ll be the first to admit that I expect to hear a bunch of weeping and complaining from a scorn woman who obviously was about to experiment with women..but that’s definitely not this album. Now she is still going through those hurt lyrics, but they are well put and you cant deny the production increase the value of the album and shows you this girl be singing her heart out!
Now this may not be an album of critical acclaim and it may lack what “Radio Is Pushing” but if you really into a woman who can flat out sing and puts some emotion in her music…then you got to buy this album.
