AT&T to buy T-Mobile for $39 Billion.

AT&T Inc. has agreed to buy T-Mobile USA from Deutsche Telekom AG in a cash-and-stock transaction currently valued at about $39 billion making them America’s largest mobile-phone company over Verizon. In other words, everybody and their newborn are about to have an iPhone.
