Is Ciara Resurfacing?
Will we see Ciara back at “‘ ’em” soon? Word on the street is that she might have signed a recording deal with Epic records. This means Ci Ci will be teaming back up with L.A Reid who signed her to LaFace records in 2003! Ciara has been engaged in a battle with her label for a while now after her last two albums didn’t do so well.
