Are Restaurants Closing Early Downtown This Weekend?

I was reading on WTHR.com about the rumor that some downtown restaurants may be closing early during IBE Summer Celebration weekend.  It was also thought the city made this request to restaurants.  There isn’t any proof of restaurants shutting down early other than PF Changs stopping reservations at 8PM (with no reason) so I guess we will just find out for ourselves.
