Improvements announced in a news release will include new curbs and sidewalks, accessible ramps and street resurfacing for Haugh Street from 10th Street to Walnut Street, Ketcham Street from 10th Street to Walnut Street, and Warman Avenue from 10th Street to Walnut Street. The work also includes resurfacing, curbs, sidewalks and accessible ramps for Tibbs Avenue from Washington
Street to 16th Street.
