Usher’s younger brother James Lackey was reportedly arrested last week.
Lackey faces charges for beating up his baby momma and abusing their child.
On October 26, 2011 James Lackey aka J Lack was arrested on three counts of battery including domestic violence AND cruelty to a child.
Lackey spent a total of two days in jail before he was released on bail of $5,500.
His music credits include Lloyd’s ‘Get It Shawty’, One Chance ‘Do It’, as well as a several tracks on Usher’s ‘Here I Stand’ album.
