Dr. Maya Angelou Passes Away at Age 86
Maya Angelou — one of America’s most famous poets died last night in a Winston-Salem, North Carolina hospital while recovering from a mystery sickness.
TMZ Reports that Maya was supposed to be honored Friday in Houston where she was supposed to receive the Beacon of Life Award.
