Michigan State v Duke

That One Shining Moment montage ended with Duke embracing in celebration and Frank Kaminsky collapsing in tears. It didn’t capture how great the preceding 40 minutes were beforehand.

Duke and Wisconsin faced off in a thriller of a National Championship. Wisconsin had a very slight upper hand throughout, though. Jahlil Okafor found himself in foul trouble as Kaminsky flourished.

But it was OK. Tyus Jones (the Final Four’s Most Outstanding Player) and Grayson Allen stepped up to score over half of Duke’s points and some crucial buckets in the final minutes. As a result, Duke claimed their fifth national championship with a 68-63 victory. So fans will have to spend the next season hating on defending champions.
