Chicken Cabbage Stir Fry Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 3chicken breast halves
• 1teaspoon vegetable oil or 1 teaspoon coconut oil
• 3cups green cabbage, shredded
• 1tablespoon cornstarch (I think this is more to thicken, could probably opt out)
• ¹⁄₂teaspoon ground ginger
• ¹⁄₄teaspoon garlic powder
• ¹⁄₂cup water
• 1tablespoon soy sauce
•  Salt and Pepper to taste
