A Queens-based Starbucks manager pretty much lost her shit as she was going off on a customer.

Grubstreet reports:

Ruby Chen says she went to an Elmhurst location and ordered a Frappuccino with a cookie straw, but was fumbling with her mobile app and didn’t hear the barista ask for her name. This must have upset Melissa, the manager, because she started yelling loudly, gesturing wildly, refusing to let Chen pay, and accusing her of stealing the straw.

As you can see in the video above, Melissa displayed absolutely zero patience.

Cops were eventually called to the scene and as a result, Melissa is no longer with the company.
