3. Thousands of fans are coming in to Indianapolis gearing up for the NCAA Women’s Final Women’s Final Four. Oregon State, UConn, Washington, and Syracuse are competing at Bankers Life Fieldhouse for the title. There will be a black party taking place downtown Indianapolis on Georgia St.
