Five months since her plastic surgery marathon, Heidi Montag busted out a barely-there bikini Saturday to reveal her newly-altered body.
“I’m not nervous at all,” the 23-year-old told People.com at the Liquid Pool at Aria in Las Vegas. “I’ve been working out really hard and I’ve been through a lot so I’m very ready for this moment.”
Upon entering the event, “The Hills” star reportedly stripped off her cover-up to unveil a pink bejeweled two-piece as her ill-received song, “Body Language,” played in the background.
The itsy bitsy bikini was – surprise, suprise – from Montag’s purported swimsuit line.
“I haven’t been in a bikini since my new body and of course I’m wearing my own designs so I’m excited to show the world,” she said.
Montag posed for photos while under the watchful eyes of six(!) personal bodyguards and husband Spencer Pratt, who appears to be taking his new “career” of cyber fighting a bit too literally – he donned military-style fatigues and combat boots despite the 80-degree weather.
In addition to having 10 plastic surgery procedures performed in one day – including a mini brow lift, Botox, nose job, fat injections in her cheeks and lips, a chin reduction, liposuction to her neck, her ears pinned back, buttocks augmentation, liposuction to her waist and thighs and a breast augmentation revision – Montag recently revealed on Ryan Seacrest‘s radio show that she also had her “back scooped.”
When asked to explain what a “back scoop” procedure entails, Montag replied, “I actually didn’t know.”
