Will Kendrick Lamar Call Out Drake at the Big Game?
With the halftime show set for February 9 in New Orleans, rumors are swirling about whether Kendrick Lamar will take his ongoing beef with Drake to the biggest stage in entertainment.
Specifically, could he perform Not Like Us, the diss track that has fueled controversy, or even take it a step further by calling Drake a pedophile in front of millions?

Meanwhile, UMG argues that Kendrick, a Pulitzer Prize-winning artist, is simply exercising his creative expression. While Kendrick himself isn’t named in Drake’s lawsuit, performing Not Like Us—or doubling down on its message—could turn up the legal and industry heat.

According to First Amendment attorney Ken White, the NFL and its broadcast partners will likely do everything in their power to prevent Kendrick from making any direct accusations.
The league, known for playing it safe with halftime performances, won’t want the legal baggage that could come from such a bold move. White even jokes that network executives are probably begging, “For the love of God, don’t do it.”
Still, the halftime show has a history of shocking moments, and Kendrick isn’t known for playing by the rules. Whether he finds a way to slip in a subliminal jab or avoids the controversy altogether, one thing is for sure—this will be one halftime show to watch closely.
