Chris Brown Says Stop the Comparisons:“I’m Not Like Anybody”
Chris Brown- stop the comparisons—period.
During his Breezy Bowl XX world tour, Chris Brown wanted to make something loud and clear: he’s not trying to be MJ or Usher—and he’s done entertaining the debate.
On Instagram, he vented his frustration, telling fans and critics alike to stop putting him side-by-side with other artists.
“Until one of these artists does all this by themselves with no help and the media constantly messing with them, then come talk to me.”
That’s from the heart.

After nearly 20 years in the game, Chris Brown is still one of the most dynamic performers in music. From dancing, singing, writing, and producing hits with very little industry co-sign. But the constant “Chris vs Usher” or “Is he the new MJ?”debates have taken their toll.
He also called out how his name is still more tied to controversy than his contribution to culture:
“I’ve been working my ass off for 20 years, and I understand I’ll never be recognized for anything more than drama.”
While he may not get the red-carpet treatment from the Hollywood elite, his fans haven’t forgotten. Supporters flooded his comments with love and reminded him of the impact he’s made.
