Grizzlies Trade Center Jay Huff to Pacers

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Grizzlies traded center Jay Huff to the Indiana Pacers.
Huff, who played for the Grizzlies last year, averaged 6.9 points and two rebounds per game. He also shot 40.5% from beyond the arc, which was the third-best on his former team.
The Grizzlies will get a second-round pick and a second-round pick swap in exchange for Huff.
You may remember former Pacers center Myles Turner left the Indiana Pacers for the Milwaukee Bucks and a $107 million, four-year deal on Tuesday, which left Indiana short-handed at the position.
With Turner gone, and their previous backups, Tony Bradley and Thomas Bryant, currently free agents, the Pacers had no centers officially signed for the 2025-26 season before Huff’s acquisition.
