Brent Faiyaz Drops Double Release: ‘Peter Pan’ and ‘Tony Soprano’

Brent Faiyaz is back with new music—and he’s showing both his vulnerable and bossed-up sides.

The Columbia, Maryland native just released “Peter Pan” and “Tony Soprano”, marking his first solo drop since 2023.

The two-pack gives fans a glimpse into the emotional duality Faiyaz has become known for—balancing raw introspection with unshakable confidence.

On “Peter Pan”, named after the boy who never grows up, Brent opens up about the struggles of balancing love and life on the road.

“If I could be there / I would love you inside out,” he sings over a soulful, stripped-down production by Nascent. The track paints a picture of longing, distance, and emotional honesty.

Then comes “Tony Soprano”, a moody, melodic rap record that channels Faiyaz’s inner mob boss.

Trading crooning for bars, he raps, “I’m really a Don no Datta / But I take care of everybody,” setting the tone for what he calls his “boss energy.”

It’s Faiyaz leaning into his dominance in both love and the music industry.

In a statement to Rolling Stone, Faiyaz shared that these tracks reflect a deeper creative vision:

“Everything I’m creating right now is about showing range—concepts, principles, emotions, and experiences… Innocence versus Indecency. Vulnerability versus guardedness.”

The release follows his 2023 mixtape Larger Than Life, which featured standouts like “WY@” and “Moment of Your Life” with Coco Jones—both of which went gold.

Since then, he’s been collaborating with heavy hitters like 21 Savage, Wizkid, and Loe Shimmy.

As for what’s next? Brent recently teased a mysterious post on Instagram with the word ICON and the date 9.19.25—his 30th birthday. Whether it’s a full album or something else entirely, fans are now on high alert.

You can stream “Peter Pan” and “Tony Soprano” now on all major platforms.
